Utz Weitzel's research areas include experimental/behavioral finance and corporate finance, published in, amongst others, The Journal of Finance, Financial Management, The Economic Journal, Journal of Risk and Uncertainty, Games and Economic Behavior, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, and Journal of Economic Psychology. Next to his affiliation with the Radboud University he is also Professor of Finance and Financial Markets at Utrecht University and director of the Society for Experimental Finance (www.experimentalfinance.org).
