About Jianying Qiu
Life is a journey of decisions, of which many are hard. Which financial product to buy, which job to take, which man or woman to marry, which party to vote, which policy to stand for? There exist many situations, some of which are very important, that people face difficulty in making a confident decision, i.e. people are indecisive. A major focus of Jianying’s current research is to help indecisive individuals to make decisions that better reflect their preferences and, eventually, feel happier about. Jianying is also interested in decision making under risk and uncertainty, and behavioral finance.
