Space is limited. Registration is first come, first served.
A student’s spot is confirmed only once full payment has been received.
Once one bus is full, families will be placed on a waitlist until we can fill an additional bus.
Take a break from the Phoenix heat and join us in the GORGEOUS Prescott Pines for a weekend of FUN and FULLFILLING.
The experience will include meaningful Shabbat celebrations, age- appropriate Jewish learning, outdoor fun, and community-building activities. Programming will focus on fostering friendships across congregations, reinforcing Jewish identity, and providing students with a joyful, immersive experience that brings Jewish values to life beyond the classroom. The weekend will also help younger students begin to see themselves as part of the broader Jewish community, preparing them for future participation in youth and leadership programs.
Thanks to a grant from the Center for Jewish Philanthropy, we are able to offer this retreat to students for $235, which includes:

Participants will be assigned to a cabin at camp. Cabins will be arranged by grade. Male and female cabins will be separate. Adult supervision will be provided in cabins.
Cabins have bunk beds and sleep approximately 16 people. Bath houses and toilets are located just outside of the cabins.
Once registration closes, we will be sending out request forms where you can request a cabin-mate as well as sign up for your afternoon choices for that Saturday.
Photo below is an example of one of the cabins during a summer session at camp. Bedding will NOT be provided.
Yes, there will be adult supervision. Youth Directors from each participating synagogue will be attending and staffing the retreat along with several Phoenix-area clergy. Additional staff (college aged and older) will be hired to supervise the cabins at night. Staff & clergy will be running leadership workshops and programming throughout the weekend.
It is required that students and parents read and understand the agreement below before participating in the retreat.
Our congregations are proud of our students and we hold them to high standards. When you participate in Jewish-sponsored programming, you act as representatives of your synagogue community. Together, we will create a Jewish environment built on mutual respect, responsibility, and kindness. We will treat one another with kavod (honor and respect) in order to create shalom bayit (peace in our home) and ensure that every student feels welcome and included.
Our Community is Incomplete Without You Being Fully Present
I will attend and participate fully in the entire event, unless otherwise agreed upon with the adult staff.
I will arrive on time, stay until the end, and remain at camp during the program.
During overnight events, I will follow the curfew announced by leadership. At curfew, I will go directly to my assigned sleeping space and remain there until the next morning.
Respect for Myself and Others
I will treat others with kavod, remembering that we are all created B’tzelem Elohim (in the image of God).
I will use kind and inclusive words and actions.
I will not participate in any behavior that is hurtful, bullying, harassing, or exclusionary. This includes in-person interactions and online spaces.
I will listen to and follow directions from adult staff and leaders.
Creating a Safe and Inclusive Camp Environment
I will not bring guests to the retreat unless given permission by adult staff.
I will respect the privacy of others. I will not take photos or videos without someone’s permission, and I understand that photos may never be taken in restrooms or sleeping areas.
Any photos I share will represent my congregation, the staff, and participants in a positive and respectful way.
Promoting a Healthy and Safe Community
I will not bring or use alcohol, tobacco products, vaping devices, or drugs.
I will not bring or use weapons or anything that could be harmful.
I will not commit any illegal acts. I understand that vandalism, disturbing the peace, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and that I will be held responsible for any damage I cause.
I will follow all additional rules shared by adult leadership to keep the community safe.
Accountability
Neither our congregations nor our adult representatives may be held responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper conduct.
I understand that these guidelines are in place to protect me, my peers, and our community. If I do not follow this agreement, adult staff may contact my parents/guardians, and I may be removed from the retreat at my family’s expense.
This B’rit Kehilah applies from the time I leave home for the retreat, throughout the weekend, and until I return home. By registering, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the agreement in full.
REFUND POLICY
We will do our best to provide a refund should you not be able to attend because of illness or family emergency.
Refunds may vary based on the date of request, hard costs spent on supplies/materials, and the camp's willingness to accommodate a refund.
WHAT IF MY STUDENT ENDS UP ON THE WAITLIST AND I'VE ALREADY PAID?
If you have registered and paid after all available spots have been taken, your student will automatically be added to a wait list until we can fill an additional bus.
If your student is added to the waitlist, we will contact you and you will have two options:
Receive a full refund and be removed from the wait list
Remain on the wait list without a refund. Once registration closes, if we do not have enough students on the wait list to fill an additional bus, you will be notified and will automatically receive a refund (minus processing fees if paid with credit card).
You can remove your student from the waitlist at any point and receive a refund (minus processing fees if paid with credit card)
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY STUDENT GETS MOVED OFF OF THE WAITLIST?
We will contact you to confirm your student's participation. At that time you will have two options:
If your student is no longer able to attend, we will offer you a full refund (minus processing fees if paid with credit card).
Student will attend the retreat and our regular refund policy will apply.
If you have additional questions about this retreat, please contact your Temple's Youth Director.
