The Renton Teacher Academy Foundation (RTAF) was established in 2010 when a group of different stakeholders (Renton Teacher Academy Alumni, Current RTA Students, Renton School District Staff, University Partners, Community Members) came together to think about the future post-secondary education of students in the Renton Teacher Academy as we prepare to help them set up for the educational future and hopefully, careers in Education. 

Since 2010, the Renton Teacher Academy Foundation has granted over $10,000 in scholarships to former Renton Teacher Academy students in their pursuit of a post-secondary education. All funds raised by this board go into a trust that only is allowed for funds to go to scholarships meaning all contributions go 100% to our students.
