Once your child's assessment has been completed, and a time slot assigned, you can book your sessions online via our online booking system. ( A link will be provided via email ) 

Payment for your sessions can be completed via e-transfer, cash, debit or credit card online or at the studio. Payment is due prior to your child's first session. 

Cancelled or rescheduled sessions may be re-booked for a later date, but sessions are non-refundable.

We kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule your tutoring appointment so that your time slot can be offered to others on our waiting list.

I understand that sudden illness or family emergencies happen. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible.

No-show appointments will not be refunded or rescheduled.
