Robust and Safe Control (RSC) Lab.

We're looking for students to work with. We'll welcome students with at least one of the following skills or interest.

1) Students who are interested in dealing with control systems (e.g., robotic manipulator, mobile robots, autonomous vehicles, etc)

2) Students who have (strong) backgrounds in mathematics (linear algebra, differential equations, real/complex analysis, etc) 

3) Students who enjoy applying artificial intelligence (AI)  and machine learning (ML) in engineering (including an interest related to physical AI)

4) Students who want to secure job positions in the field of control or robotics

We currently have the following positions opened (Sep. 22, 2026):

• Postdoctoral researcher
  One position for postdoctoral researcher is available. (Financial support includes a monthly salary + separate research project funds.)
  The position can start whenever the applicant wants but we recommend to contact us before November. (Foreigners are welcome as well!)

• Graduate students
  2-3 positions for Master/Doctor/Integrated program are available for starting in 2027 (Spring/Fall). (Integrated program is recommended.)
  The ones who are interested in the position of Spring 2027 should contact us by October 16.

• Undergraduate students (research interns)
  A few positions (1-2) are available for those who are highly motivated themselves.
  If there are more than one applicants, the ones who are willing to apply for graduate program will take priority.
