Mr. Hobby has been teaching in the theatre department of RRHS for 23 years as of the 2024-2025 school year and has been a major part of Troupe 3543 throughout all of that time. He's the primary director of the fall show, and helps direct the musical and UIL, mainly focusing on the technical aspects for those last two as he has taken up the role of technical director. Mr. Hobby is funny, realistic, down to earth, hard working, and unstoppable, and he's a staple of the RRHS theatre department! Give him your respect and appreciation and he'll make sure to give you a funny nickname!!

Although she has left the school and will not be teaching nor directing at RRHS in the future, Ms. Whitmore worked at RRHS in the theatre department for 30 years and has had such a significant contribution to Troupe 3543. While she originally fully directed the musical, she handed off that responsibility to Mr. Irwin with Sweeney Todd. Aside from that, she was the primary director for UIL and helped direct the fall show and musical every year. She also taught the Theatre 1, 2, Production 4, and Musical Theatre classes. Ms. Whitmore is supportive, proactive, thoughtful, dedicated, and strong, and she has truly made her mark here at RRHS! She will be greatly missed, but she's going to do great things!!
