Title: Scaling limits of the RECOMB algorithm

Abstract: The RECOMB algorithm is used in the sampling the space of possible maps for congressional redistricting. We consider the RECOMB algorithm on a grid and show that it has a scaling limit. This is joint work with Jonathan Mattingly.
