To register for the conference, please complete both of the following two steps:
Fill out the registration form (This is required for all participants, including invited speakers)
Pay the $100 registration fee using this link. (This fee can be reimbursed for invited speakers.) Paying participants will have access to all talks, poster sessions, and refreshments. You will get an auto-generated receipt that includes your name, address, the amount, and the purpose of this payment. If this is insufficient for visa or administrative purposes, you may contact the organizers for additional help.

Do invited speakers have to reserve their own accommodations? Yes.
Can registration fee be reimbursed? Only for invited speakers. Most likely not for general (non-invited) participants.
Can non-invited participants stay at Loyola dorm? Yes, but you are encouraged to book the rooms with community bathrooms. We were only able to reserve enough rooms with private bathrooms for invited speakers.
What kind of financial assistance is available for non-invited speakers? Local expenses, including accommodations, meals, and other incidental costs.
