Loyola Dormitory (Registration deadline: Friday, July 5, 2024)
we have reserved a total of 40 rooms at Loyola dormitory buildings. There are two types of rooms:
20 of these rooms are single occupancy with private bathrooms at Simpson Hall. Nightly rate is $93.92.
Another 20 rooms are single occupancy with community bathrooms (i.e., you have your private bedroom, but you will be sharing a bathroom with other people). Nightly rate is $70.44
For both types of rooms, wireless internet is an additional $10 per device for the entire duration of your stay. You need to select this option and pay for it when you make your reservation.
Steps to make a reservation:
Go to lodging.luc.edu
Enter the correct booking information (earliest date for arrival allowed is July 14, and the latest departure date allowed is July 20). The promotion code is “STOCH”
Both types of rooms (while still available) are shown. Select the type of room that you wish to reserve.
Follow the prompts to finish registration and advance to payment.
Cancellation policy:
The cancellation policy is described in more detail in section 12, “Cancellation”, of the Terms and Conditions form that any guest would have to agree with to complete a booking, but the short version is:
As long as a guest cancels their booking at least 72 hours before their listed check-in date, they would be provided with a full refund. The booking would not be refundable if notice of cancellation is provided less than 72 hours before the check-in date.
