Opening Day is this Saturday, May 11th!
We're very excited to open the RP Community Garden for planting beginning Saturday at 9am! We will have seedlings and seeds available over the next few weeks.
You do not have to come on Saturday to plant your garden! The garden is open to you any time, any day after opening to plant, maintain and harvest. We do not lock the gates.
You are welcome to bring in additional supplies to customize your beds (there are many DIY trellis ideas out there for cucumbers and other vining plants).
PLEASE contact us if you have any questions, need any help, or see any issues at the garden.
Recommended Plot Layout
A plan like this takes into account: plant max size and the sun's path over the garden! This is just an example as you are free to grow your preferred vegetables and herbs.
Please be careful with the irrigation lines (those skinny rubber hoses)!
