October 31 2025 - Collection of subdivision fees payment for 2025 is complete - 46 checks have been deposited into our subdivision account. The remaining 16 will be deposited the week of November 3, 2025.
Trimming of the trees along the South Outer Road took place on Friday, October 17 and Monday, October 20 and the line of site from the Outer Road intersections with Royal Crest and Woodroyal West has significantly improved for those exiting the subdivision from those two intersections.
On October 18, 2024, Eco Constructors installed a configuration of Filtrexx Soxx barriers to deal with the control of stormwater within our detention basin in the common ground behind 1524 and 1528 WRE. 3 barriers were installed, a pyramid style Filtrexx check dam and 2 single Filtrexx checks upstream from the check dam. This configuration provides the best management practices (BMP) that the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) asked us to put in place to provide a means of controlling the polluting of the creek into which our stormwater flows. If successful, we will be able to request the termination of the Letter of Warning that DNR placed on us in August. Check here for future updates on this effort.

*The legal review of the indentures changes HAS BEEN COMPLETED. We will now hold another vote prior to going to the Recorder of Deeds office in Clayton for recordation, but are awaiting resolution of the MSD issue. Continue to watch this site for updates.
