Gannon Refund

A refund was processed in October and it is my fault that I missed it. ( I do not reconcile my checking account each month and I did not see the refund ) They refunded us $1496. We paid $1541. My apologies as I kept emailing them and they weren't responding. There was no correspondence about this refund other than the fact that it is on my statement.

How would you like me to proceed? Would you like me to refund each of you $106? Would you like me to refund only the people who paid for all tourney's in full and use the $106 towards the Steel City payment if you haven't paid for that yet? Please let me know what you prefer so I can take care of that for you.

DVHL

I am not sure if you are getting the AHF emails directly or if they only come to managers. We will not be part of the DVHL next year. Only AHF. There was a Q&A session this evening and there will be one next week as well if you have questions you would like me to ask. (They hate me BTW.... now I have a haters section... the AHF peeps and the hostesses at Xfinity Live.... but only one got us free drinks)

Gear

I planned to order the additional gear order on Wednesday but the Flyers game sidetracked me. I will place the order on Monday. I will send another email to confirm that I have everyone's orders since they came to me in various ways. (This is why I always use forms and spreadsheets) My apologies for the delay if you were in need of the item for a gift asap.

This weekend

This Sat we have a home DVHL game at Rev. Unfortunately I will not be there. I need one of our awesome clearanced people to run the clock and another to do the score sheet. Please let me know if you are able to do either of those. Both will be asked to be sure the shots are recorded both on the sheet and on the scoreboard. (Gotta take care of our goalies!)

Also, is anyone interested in bringing a treat for the troops post game?

Steel City

Hotel Reservations AND your tourney payment is due by Dec 1. Detailed info is on our website or linked here Don't forget the Pro Tip! You can always cancel the hotel 72 hours out, but if there is a blizzard, you won't be able to book it at the last minute.

Phantom vs Penguins Tickets for Sat Night are $20 each. If our team gets them through the tourney, they will make sure we have 2 hour window before the game that they will not schedule a game. Flyers Pre Skate

PLEASE thank your kiddos for their stellar behavior at the WFC this week! The rep complimented us on their behavior and enthusiasm. I think we were the first group since covid started. It was super cool from our perspective and hopefully from the stands as well. I am working on uploading all the pics to the website. There are ALOT so it might take me some time. If you took some and want to share, send them my way and I will get those on the website too.
