Rank Structure

Major [Maj]

The Major is the Commander of the Company. Any major decisions is passed through the Major and they have full veto-power. The Major works closely with the Captain, as well as Platoon Commanders to give out objectives and orders during battles.

[Capt] Captain

The Captain is the Second in Command of the Company. They work closely with the Major, as well as the Platoon Commanders to give out orders and coordinate. They also have full authority to perform disciplinary action. They are the highest rank to be seen on the field.

Lieutenant [Lt]

Lieutenants are often in command of Platoons, leading roughly 25 men in battle. They are the field commanders of their platoon and have freedom to lead their men however they desire. They can also delegate command to individual Sections or their Second Lieutenant.

[2Lt] Second Lieutenant

Second Lieutenants are the first Commissioned Officer rank. At this rank, you will gain control over a Platoon as the Commanding Officer. Once HQ deems that the Second Lieutenant is well-enough trained, they will be promoted to Lieutenant of a Platoon.


Warrant Officer [WO]

The most senior NCO rank, the Warrant Officer manages daily operations and training of the NCOs within the Company. The Warrant Officer sits as an advisor in the Company Headquarters and manages the other NCOs from there.


[CSgt] Colour Sergeant

Colour Sergeants are the most senior NCO rank on the battlefield. They will only be found as Second in Command of Platoons along with other Sergeants. As all Sergeant Ranks, the Colour Sergeant may take control over a Section during deployment if necessary.


Staff Sergeant [SSgt]

When a Sergeant has served for a sufficient time and has proven themselves to the Headquarters, they will be promoted to Staff Sergeant. At this rank, NCO's are included in the Company's Disciplinary Unit to ensure high standards within the Company.

[Sgt] Sergeant

At the rank of Sergeant, the NCO will be put as a Second or Third in Command of a Platoon. They will assist the Platoon Commander with leading the platoon and the sections under them. Sergeants may take control over a Section during deployment if necessary.

Corporal [Cpl]

Corporals are the Section Leaders of the Company. Each Section will have a Corporal as their leader. They take orders from their Platoon Commander, but has relative freedom in how they wish to maneuver and command their section.

[LCpl] Lance Corporal

Lance Corporal is the first NCO rank achievable. The rank is given to people who show dedication and a desire to lead and progress in the Company. They will lead individual Fireteams in their sections, however still answering and following orders from their Corporal.

Private Proficient [Prf]

A Private who has done exceedingly well and has served for a long time may be given the rank of Private Proficient. At this rank, Enlisted Personnel may apply for Senior Specialist positions and may sign up for any special roles during deployments.

[Pte] Private

Privates are the backbone of the fighting forces. They are trained and have been assigned a Section. At this rank, Enlisted Personnel may apply for Junior Specialist positions and may sign up for some special roles during deployments.

Recruit [Rec]

Newly enlisted personnel, Recruits are put in the reserves until they get a promotion to Private. As a Recruit, you may not take any special roles or specialisations unless designated as such by HQ. Upon promotions, Cadets may choose a Section if there is a vacant position.
