The Royal Leicestershire Company offers a wide variety of roles, from riflemen, medics, anti-tank operators, to NCOs and even occasionally pilots and tanks. Roles are decided on a per-event basis, so specialised roles are not locked to specific people, therefore open to all. Training is also always available, and for those who wish to progress to leadership positions, there is opportunity for you, should you meet the requirements.

We have a friendly, approachable, competent, and dedicated team of staff members, with different backgrounds, and different expertise. Discussions between staff are regular, and we work tirelessly to improve the unit for everyone.
