Rowsy syncs through your own iCloud. On each device, check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account and that iCloud is on for Rowsy (iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud → Rowsy). Sync needs a connection; changes made offline are saved on the device and sync automatically later. If your iCloud storage is full, Rowsy tells you in Settings and keeps everything on the device until space is available.
The Apple Watch app is part of Rowsy Pro. Open Rowsy on your iPhone once after installing so your projects reach the Watch. Counts made on the Watch without your iPhone nearby are kept on the Watch and sent as soon as the two are connected again — no row is lost.
Sign in with the Apple Account you used to buy, then open Rowsy → Settings → Restore Purchases (or tap Restore on the Rowsy Pro screen). Family Sharing members get Pro automatically.
On your iPhone or iPad, open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Rowsy and tap Cancel Subscription, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period (year or week). To avoid being charged after the Weekly free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the 3 days end. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue refunds directly, but we’re happy to help if something doesn’t work.
Open Settings → Export & import. You can export a full Rowsy backup file, a CSV of your projects and stash, or a project sheet, and import a backup later. Deleted items stay in Settings → Recently Deleted for 30 days.
Yes. Import a PDF from Files, drop it on iPad, or share a PDF or web page to Rowsy from Safari with “Save to Rowsy”. Rowsy only reads files you add; it never shares or sells patterns.
Delete projects in the app, or delete the app and then remove its iCloud data in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Rowsy → Delete Data. We don’t hold a copy on our side. See the Privacy Policy.
