Order Flow
Our Made-to-Order process blends craftsmanship, personalization, and Marikina heritage. Here’s how it works—from idea to finished piece.
1. Inquiry & Initial Consultation
Customer contacts ROWELIZA through:
Website
Messenger / Viber / WhatsApp
Social media
In-store visit
We gather basic details:
Product type
Preferred material, color, size
Quantity
Special features or customization requests
2. Design Review & Requirement Gathering
We confirm the customer’s vision by discussing:
Style references / inspo photos
Functionality needs
Leather/material options
Sizing or measurements
Budget and estimated timeline
For footwear: We may request size tracing, foot measurements, or fit notes.
For bags/accessories: We may request preferred dimensions or specific compartments.
3. Quotation & Terms Confirmation
We provide:
Final cost estimate
Production timeline
Customization inclusions
Shipping/delivery options
Payment terms
Once approved, the customer receives a formal quotation or order summary.
4. Payment & Order Confirmation
To proceed with production:
50% down payment or full payment is required.
Payment channels: CASH, GCash, MAYA, BPI or BDO bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
Order is officially booked once payment is received.
Customer receives a confirmation message or receipt.
5. Prototype / Pattern Preparation (If Applicable)
For complex or highly customized requests:
We prepare a pattern, prototype, or initial layout
Customer reviews for approval
Revisions may incur additional fees
(For simpler customizations, we move straight to production.)
6. Production Phase
Our Marikina artisans begin handcrafting the item based on the approved details.
Customer may receive:
Progress updates
Photos of materials or steps
Timeline reminders
Production time may vary depending on:
Design complexity
Material availability
Volume of orders
On or before 30 to 45 days lead time.
7. Quality Check & Finishing
Once production is finished:
Each item undergoes inspection for craftsmanship and accuracy
Finishing touches (polishing, edging, cleaning, packing) are completed
Any adjustments needed are made before release
8. Final Balance & Delivery Arrangement
Before dispatch:
Customer settles the remaining balance (if partial payment was made)
Delivery options:
Courier delivery : J&T, LBC or JRS
Lalamove (Metro Manila)
Store pickup (if applicable)
Shipping confirmation and tracking details are provided. Delivery fees shouldered by the buyer / client.
9. Order Delivery
Customer receives the finished product, packaged securely.
We encourage customers to:
Inspect the item upon arrival
Report any concerns within the allowed timeframe
Share feedback or photos (optional)
10. After-Sales Support
ROWELIZA provides:
Manufacturing defect assistance
Repair options (case-by-case)
Care instructions for leather and materials
Support for repeat/future orders
