1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you received your item, provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• Tags, packaging, and accessories are complete and undamaged

• You can present a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt)

2. Items NOT Eligible for Return or Refund

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or bespoke items
  (including special sizing, custom colors, engraved/embroidered items)

• Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling

• Sale, discounted, or clearance items (unless defective upon arrival)

3. Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your item arrived with a manufacturing defect:

• Notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.

• Send photos or videos of the defect to help our team assess.

• Once approved, we will offer repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for size, style, or color, subject to available stock.

• Customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs, except in cases of confirmed defects.

5. Refunds

Refunds are granted only when:

• The item cannot be repaired or replaced

• The item was mistakenly delivered (wrong size, wrong item, wrong color)

• A manufacturing defect is confirmed and no suitable replacement is available

Refund method:
Refunds will be issued via store credit, GCash, or bank transfer, depending on the case and agreement.

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing once approved.

6. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a verified factory defect or error on our part.

• Items must be shipped back using a trackable courier.
  We are not liable for lost or damaged return parcels.
