1. The agreement
RoutiKid is licensed to you, not sold. Your licence is Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ — and these Terms sit alongside it, adding what is specific to this app. Downloading or using RoutiKid means you accept both. If you don't accept them, delete the app.
2. The free version
One child, one routine, photo steps, voice notes, timers, Kid Mode and the last seven days of progress are free, and stay free. RoutiKid Pro adds capacity and reporting. Nothing that worked for you yesterday is later moved behind the subscription.
3. RoutiKid Pro
RoutiKid Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. It unlocks unlimited children and routines, the full progress history and per-step breakdown, the Independence Report as an exportable PDF, and private iCloud sync.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the price on the United States App Store. Prices in other countries are set by App Store pricing tiers and local tax, and the exact amount you will be charged is always displayed by Apple on the purchase screen before you confirm. Prices may change; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and Apple notifies you before a renewal at a new price.
All three plans belong to one subscription group, so you can hold one of them at a time. Buying a different one changes your plan rather than adding a second subscription.
4. Free trial
Each plan begins with a one-week free trial if you have not already used a trial or introductory offer in this subscription group. Eligibility is determined by Apple, and the app only offers a trial when Apple confirms you are eligible.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription before the trial ends.
5. Renewal and cancellation
• Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price for the plan you are on.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions on your device — or at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions — and the app links to the same place.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not switched off early and is not refunded pro-rata.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
6. Payment and refunds
All purchases are sold and processed by Apple. We do not take payment, do not see your card, and cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refund requests go to Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com — if something in the app went wrong, write to us anyway. We will help, and we will tell you honestly whether a refund request is likely to succeed.
7. What happens if your subscription ends
Nothing you created is deleted. Everything stays on your device. Once Pro ends, the app returns to the free limits: extra children and routines beyond the free allowance become read-only rather than being removed, the progress view returns to the last seven days, and PDF export and iCloud sync stop. Resubscribing restores access to all of it.
8. What the Independence Report is
The Independence Report is not a medical or clinical document. It is not an assessment, a diagnosis, a screening tool, or a measure of your child's ability or development, and it must not be used as one.
The report is a plain, dated record of what the app observed: which steps were marked done, which were skipped, and whether that happened before the step's timer ran out. It is useful in a conversation with a teacher or an occupational therapist because it is specific and dated — not because it scores anything.
RoutiKid is a routine and habit app for families. It does not provide medical advice, therapy, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions about your child's health or development.
9. Your content
The routines, photographs and voice notes you create are yours. They stay on your device and, if you enable sync, in your own iCloud. We claim no rights over them, and we have no way of accessing them. You are responsible for having the right to use any photograph you add.
10. Acceptable use
Don't use RoutiKid unlawfully, don't attempt to break, decompile or interfere with the app or its purchase verification, and don't use it to store content you have no right to. RoutiKid is intended to be set up and managed by an adult — a parent, carer, or professional working with a family.
11. Availability and changes
We may update the app, add features, or change how existing ones work. We may also stop distributing RoutiKid, though we would not do that without notice, and the app on your device would continue to work as long as your version of iOS supports it. RoutiKid requires iOS 17.6 or later.
12. Disclaimers and liability
RoutiKid is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of RoutiKid is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Apple
Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for RoutiKid. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
14. Changes to these Terms
If these Terms change we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use RoutiKid after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
