This Subscription Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing subscription-based services offered by Rough Seas Marketing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to any of our packages, you (“the client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms described herein.
Our subscription packages start at $98 CAD per month, granting access to marketing services, materials, or digital content as detailed in your chosen plan.
2. Billing and Payment
All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
Payments are processed automatically using the payment method you provide at checkout.
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their billing information is accurate and up to date.
3. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time during the month, with service continuing until the end of the paid billing period.
No prorated refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused time after cancellation.
Upon cancellation, clients will retain full access to the package contents and benefits included in their subscription until the end of the paid period.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with your experience or results, please contact us at customerservice@roughseas.ca.
We are committed to working with each client to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction with our services.
5. Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled before the renewal date.
You will receive a confirmation of payment each billing cycle.
Changes to pricing or package inclusions will be communicated in advance via email.
6. Refunds
No refunds are issued once a payment has been processed, except in cases of billing error or service failure attributable to Rough Seas Marketing.
Any refund request must be submitted in writing to customerservice@roughseas.ca within 7 days of the billing date for review.
7. Modifications to Subscription or Policy
Rough Seas Marketing reserves the right to modify or update this Subscription Policy, pricing, or package offerings at any time.
Any updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
Subscribers will be notified of material changes prior to renewal.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rough Seas Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use subscription services.
Our total liability for any claim related to this subscription shall not exceed the amount paid for the month in which the issue occurred.
9. Governing Law
This Policy and all related transactions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
