Rotary Club of Central Missouri

People of Action

Rotary brings together more than a million people around the world who share one belief: when people come together with a purpose, they can create lasting change.

We are neighbors, business and community leaders, professionals, volunteers, and friends who use our time, talents, and resources to make a difference. Rotary connects the strength of a global organization with the heart of local service.

For generations, Rotarians have tackled challenges both large and small from improving health and education around the world to recognizing a need in their own community and simply asking:

How can we help?

What We Do

Rotary members turn ideas into action. Across the world, Rotary's areas of focus include:

Promoting peace

Fighting disease

Providing clean water, sanitation, and hygiene

Improving maternal and child health

Supporting education

Strengthening local economies

Protecting the environment

But Rotary's impact also happens right here at home.

For the Rotary Club of Central Missouri, that means serving Johnson County and investing in our youth, young adults, and military. Through projects such as Wheels in Motion, community partnerships, fundraising, and hands-on service, we work to identify local needs and put resources where they can make a meaningful difference.

Our Mission

To provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance understanding, goodwill, and peace through the fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.

Our Vision

Together, we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.

Global Reach. Local Impact.

Being part of Rotary means being connected to something much larger than ourselves while never losing sight of the community right outside our door.

For us, that community is Johnson County.

And that's where we put service into action.
