Main objective:
To determine our fundraising initiative efforts (planning & executing) for the 2020-2021 Rotary Year.
Some Responsibilities:
Reaching out to community leaders (community centers, MPP, MP)
Staying on top of the current events and situations (ie COVID)
Establish relationship with charity or charities (depending on the committee’s focus for the year)
Ensuring a certain amount of volunteers; recruiting members for volunteering events
Creating a focused strategy/organizational fit for the year (more like a partnership and less transactional)

To ensure the Rotaract GTA Connect and its affiliates have clear, concise, and honest messaging across all digital platforms

Marketing
Social media
Digital presence channels
Editing webinars
Updating website
Taking photos at event to post
Blogs
Content Creation - (Create & Maintain Calendar,Graphics, Copy)
Adding Closed Captions and other accessibility things
Establishing brand image
Responsible for gathering content during events to be used post event
Social media strategy
Promotion before learning sessions and snippet/highlights post session

Main objective:
To ensure member retention, satisfaction, and engagement for the 2020-2021 Rotary Year.
Some Responsibilities:
This committee shall be responsible for developing membership satisfaction
Responsible for curating the first 30-day onboarding plan for new members
Planning of major social events for the teams
Onboarding strategy and events - making new member feel welcome
Increasing 1:1 meetup rate/facilitating more 1:1 engagement
Planning the larger monthly social and facilitating the smaller monthly social
Mini slack activities or activities that can be done virtually

Main Objective:
To ensure internal members have ongoing personal and professional development learning
Some responsibilities:
Organizing speakers (collecting their bios, photos, and contact information to be shared)
Creating a pipeline of potential speakers and staying engaged with them
Measuring member/community interest for learning themes
Gather feedback on speakers from members
Thank you notes for speakers
Creating a pipeline for topics
