You must:

1. Be 18–30 years of age (negotiable)

2. Be a “reputable and competent representative of your field” – in practical terms, be a student and/or professional committed to a high standard of excellence.

3. You must be willing to commit to volunteering your time in service of the local and global community, embodying "Service Above Self" 

4. Invitation to become a full member is based on a written proposal submitted to the board by a full member. This proposal is made with your consent (usually following your own request to join). The board either approves or rejects the proposal within 30 days of its submission. 

5. Contribute 20 euros to the Rotary International Fund – candidates receive instructions for this upon being inducted as a member.
