What is Rotaract?
Rotaract is a service organization for young adults between the ages 18-30 and it is part of Rotary International.
Worldwide, there are over 9 000 Rotaract clubs in 176 countries with more than 200 000 members. Personal and professional growth, networking, and hands-on projects are the most central aspects of Rotaract.
The motto is the same as that of Rotary International:
Service above self.

Our history
The Rotaract Club of Helsinki was founded on November 27, 2009, under the sponsorship of the Pasila-Fredriksberg Rotary Club.
From the very beginning, members met every other week to hear visiting speakers, to plan service projects, and to enjoy fun social activities that build friendship. You can read about our activities pre-2018 on our old website: https://rotaracthelsinki.wordpress.com/
Starting in 2025, following the dissolution of the Pasila-Fredriksberg Rotary Club, our new sponsor club is Rotary Kluuvi.
