The first step is to chose your camera! You can pick up a disposable camera ($20) or for a more sustainable option you can buy a used film camera. I personally switch between my basic "point and shoot" film camera and my more intricate 35mm.
One thing I really love about film photography is the development aspect. Unlike a digital camera, film photography makes the user forgo their instant photo gratification. Waiting for the pictures to develop brings about feelings of nostalgia, satisfaction, and overall anticipation (which are powerful enough emotions to compensate for the inconvenience!)
Once you have your camera ready, all that is left to do is being taking pictures! Since photography is an art form, it is subjective to the user. This means that there is no right or wrong way to take pictures, so get creative and capture those memories
