RosGrocer is a grocery shopping application that helps users browse, select, and order grocery products for delivery. This policy outlines how users can manage and delete their personal data without deleting their account.
Users can delete or modify their delivery addresses at any time while maintaining their account.
The following types of data can be managed:
Delivery addresses
Profile information
Open the RosGrocer app and log in to your account
Navigate to Profile section in the app menu
Select "Edit Profile"
Locate the address you wish to remove
Tap the delete button next to the address
Save your changes
Your address will be immediately removed from our systems.
For deletion of other types of data not accessible through the app interface, please contact us at: data-deletion@rosgrocer.com
We will process your request within 14 business days.
While we honor data deletion requests, certain information may be retained:
Order history: Our standard data retention policy dictates that delivery records, collected to effectively address consumer inquiries and complaints, are securely maintained for a period of three (3) years from the date of transaction completion. Following this three-year period, these records will be systematically and automatically deleted in accordance with our data management protocols. This practice ensures both the efficient resolution of customer-related matters within a reasonable timeframe and adherence to responsible data handling principles.
Payment information: Not stored on our servers (handled by payment processors)
Account credentials: Retained until account deletion
