Log into your RosGrocer account using your email and password
Navigate to Profile by tapping on the profile icon in the navigation bar
Scroll down to the bottom of your profile page
Tap on "Delete Account" in the Account Settings section
Enter your password in the confirmation dialog that appears
Tap "Delete My Account" to permanently delete your account
Your personal information will be permanently removed from our system
Our standard data retention policy dictates that delivery records, collected to effectively address consumer inquiries and complaints, are securely maintained for a period of three (3) years from the date of transaction completion. Following this three-year period, these records will be systematically and automatically deleted in accordance with our data management protocols. This practice ensures both the efficient resolution of customer-related matters within a reasonable timeframe and adherence to responsible data handling principles.
You will be automatically logged out and returned to the login screen
You will need to create a new account if you wish to use RosGrocer again
