Don't forget to hydrate!! Practice after school this week 8/7 and 8/8.
The summer season has kicked off, it's not too late to join the team and train for the 2025 season.
Welcome to the Roseville High School Cross Country Team! Student athletes on the past squads have valued the fun, excitement, and lessons learned during their time in Cross Country and have used the discipline and self-confidence gained in our sport to also succeed in the other aspects of their lives. Our team is a family and we cannot wait for you to be a part of it.
We want to welcome all the student athletes that are joining us for the season and ask that each one of them will do the following:
Enjoy the experience of being on a high school athletic team.
Take advantage of the opportunities available in cross country to improve as a student athlete, make new friends, have fun, achieve some athletic success, and mature as an individual.
Complete all the requirements expected of our student athletes.
The Roseville High School Cross Country Program exists to provide an athletic experience for student athletes to become competitive distance runners through the development of their physical, mental and emotional skills. The student athletes will create a foundation for life-long fitness and skills to meet challenges both inside and outside distance running.
In addition to this website, we also use the Remind App. Parents and student athletes please take a moment to join: Remind:

Nutrition and Hydration
Food is fuel. Food is also cultural, personal and brings people together. Cross country is a demanding sport and requires student athletes to take care of their bodies and fuel it appropriately. There are numerous resources available that allow student athletes to figure out what works for them. Nutrition is not one size fits all. If you have questions, reach out to your coaches. It may be suggested for you to work with a sports dietitian if needed. Injuries can be caused because of poor or inadequate nutrition.

Volunteer
There is a lot that goes into making the season happen. Coaches cannot do it alone.
In previous seasons we know we have had many amazing parents step up a lot of the time. To ensure the success of the season there are opportunities for volunteering, fundraisers, and payout options.
