Rosenda's Gift
Memorial Application Form
Guiding You in Honoring Loved Ones with Care and Compassion
Rosenda’s Gift was created to honor the memory of Rosenda "Rose" Elizabeth Smiley, whose life was tragically cut short on May 25, 2024, when she was struck and killed by a drunk driver while crossing the street.
We understand that loss is deeply personal, and we are committed to supporting each family with care, respect, and compassion. Creating a memorial is a meaningful journey, and we believe that working together is essential to shaping something truly lasting and heartfelt. Collaboration guides every step of what we do.
Some families know exactly how they would like to honor their loved one, while others may not yet be aware of the possibilities available to them. In some cases, people may already be working with an agency or organization but are facing financial barriers. Others may be struggling with grief so profound that managing the details feels overwhelming.
Whatever the circumstance, we are here to offer support, guidance, and care every step of the way.
Securing a meaningful memorial in a specific location can sometimes present unexpected challenges, whether due to regulations, logistical constraints, or required approvals. Fortunately, we have experience working with key decision-makers, including Boards, politicians, administrative bodies, property managers, government agencies, organizational leadership, and business owners, to help navigate these complexities.
We are committed to advocating for families, ensuring that obstacles do not prevent them from creating a lasting tribute in a space that feels right for their loved one.
You Don’t Have to Navigate This Alone
Rosenda’s Gift was formed to honor Rose and her loving, caring, kind, and generous nature by providing personalized memorials to grieving families.
We are dedicated to ensuring that their loved ones are remembered in a way that reflects their life and legacy.
You’re welcome to use this form, but there’s no pressure to commit to anything specific.
If you are unsure, we are happy to have a conversation and guide you through the options.
You can adjust your choices at any time, and we will honor that.
If you’d benefit from help, whether it’s with advocacy, communication, or navigating roadblocks, we are here to help and will do our best to support you.
You are welcome to call, text, or email rather than filling out the form if that feels more comfortable.
We approach every step with care, openness, and understanding, and our process is always flexible and compassionate.
