ELECTION RESULTS

Out of the 1,142 ballots that were mailed, 185 valid ballots were received by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) by May 26th deadline. The results presented at the Monday, June 6th Local 1930 Special Membership Meeting-Trustee Election Report by the Election Committee were as follows:

Sandy Moskowitz [RRF-endorsed candidate] received 93 votes
Chandra Best [incumbent candidate] received 92 votes
Zero ballots were blank or void
Sandy Moskowitz declared the winner!

During the Special Membership Meeting, DC 37 Representative Jose Alamo conducted an obligation of the oath of office with Sandy. The vote to accept the Election Committee's Report of Sandy's win passed 97% to 3%.
