EXPLORATION CENTERS
Exploration Centers encompass activities within the learning subjects as a small group, pair, or independently. Educators guide and assist scholars. Scholars randomly select sticks to determine which subject they begin with in the order of Exploration Centers set out for the day. Scholars rotate to the next Exploration Center after a specific time.
TIDY-UP
Tidy-up is the opportunity for scholars to practice neatly putting away materials used in learning.

commit learning to memory, practice summation and delivery, and grow confident in public speaking.

EARLY YEARS UNIFORM
NOTES
If your child already has white polo(s) and there is a small logo on it, that is fine to wear.
For the polo and long sleeve we suggest buying the boy version for girls as well because more full (vs cap) sleeve cut and no frills.
If your boy already owns navy chino short(s) and they are above the knee or can be kept folded above the knee, that is fine to wear.
If your child already owns plain white or navy socks, that is fine to wear. Sock length is up to your discretion. Because of our year-round mild climate, it is typically ideal to have shorter socks.
Scholars are required to have a full change of uniform clothes packed into their change of clothes organizer pouch (listed under Early Years Supplies). This typically means a minimum of three sets of uniform clothes should be purchased to ensure this extra set is available.

long sleeve cotton tee (white)
OPTIONAL: shoes (brown), rain boots (navy), fleece jacket (collegiate navy), swim trunk I or II (red)
