Therapy doesn't have to feel like therapy.
I've spent my career working alongside people during some of the hardest moments of their lives, and I've learned that meaningful change comes from a balance of compassion, honesty, and action. As a Registered Social Worker, I've worked in mental health and substance use, hospitals, and child protection, supporting people from all walks of life. I believe counselling should be a place where you feel genuinely heard, but also challenged when it matters—I won't simply tell you what you want to hear; I want to help you discover what will move you forward. Outside of work, I'm usually spending time with my family, getting outside, reading, or decompressing with friends.
