ROOMORA — TERMS OF USE (END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Yassine
Hammouti ("the Developer", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Roomora
mobile application ("Roomora" or "the app"). By downloading, accessing, or using
Roomora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. LICENSE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to
use Roomora for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own
or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms
and Conditions
(https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/).

2. WHAT ROOMORA DOES
Roomora uses artificial intelligence to generate redesigned or staged
visualizations of rooms from photos you provide, and offers related tools
(style blending, color matching, room scanning, AR preview, and shopping
suggestions). All generated images are AI-created concepts for inspiration only.

3. AI-GENERATED CONTENT — IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
- Generated designs are illustrative and may be inaccurate, unrealistic, or
not to true scale.
- Product, paint, and price suggestions are estimates and may not match real
availability, colors, or costs. Always verify with the actual retailer or a
qualified professional before purchasing or renovating.
- Roomora is not a substitute for professional interior design, architectural,
engineering, or construction advice.
- You are responsible for how you use generated content.

4. YOUR CONTENT AND ACCEPTABLE USE
You are responsible for the photos and inputs you submit. You represent that you
have the right to use any photo you upload and that it does not infringe others'
rights. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringing, obscene,
hateful, or that depicts other people without their consent, and not to use
Roomora to violate any law or third-party right, reverse-engineer the app, or
disrupt its operation.
You retain ownership of the photos you provide. Subject to these Terms, you may
use the images Roomora generates for your personal purposes.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Roomora offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("Roomora Pro"). The following
terms apply:
- Title: Roomora Pro (auto-renewable subscription).
- Options: Weekly and Annual plans. An Annual plan may include a free trial
(for example, a 3-day free trial) where offered.
- Price and billing period are shown in the app before you purchase, in your
local currency.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at
least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the
end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, by
going to your Apple Account Settings after purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited
when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance
with the App Store terms; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Roomora, including its name, design, software, and content (excluding your
photos and your generated results), is owned by the Developer and protected by
intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our
trademarks or branding.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Roomora relies on third-party services including Apple (App Store, iCloud,
StoreKit), Google (Gemini API), and RevenueCat (subscription management). Your
use of features powered by these services is also subject to their respective
terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Roomora is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind,
whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose,
accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be
uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated results will meet your
expectations.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer will not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss
of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Roomora. Our total
liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the
twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that
cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. APPLE — REQUIRED TERMS
These Terms are between you and the Developer only, not with Apple. Apple is not
responsible for Roomora or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide
maintenance or support for the app. In case of any failure of the app to conform
to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the
purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no
other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party
beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may stop
using the app at any time by deleting it.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of [France], without regard to conflict of
law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply to
you.

13. CHANGES
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Roomora after
changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
