ROOMORA — PRIVACY POLICY

Roomora ("Roomora", "the app", "we", "us", or "our") is developed and operated
by Yassine Hammouti ("the Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains what
information the app handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. We built
Roomora to collect as little data as possible: Roomora has no user accounts, no
login, and contains no advertising or third-party tracking SDKs.
By using Roomora, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE PROCESS
Roomora is designed to work without you creating an account or giving us your
name, email, or any contact details. The information involved is limited to the
following:
a) Photos you choose to redesign
When you take a photo or select one from your photo library to redesign or
stage, that image is sent to our AI provider (Google — Gemini API) solely to
generate your redesigned room. You control which photos you share; Roomora
only accesses a photo when you explicitly select or capture it. We do not
browse, scan, or upload your photo library.
b) Room scans (LiDAR)
If you use the Room Scan feature on a supported iPhone, the LiDAR
measurements and floor plan are processed entirely on your device using
Apple's RoomPlan framework. This data never leaves your iPhone and is never
sent to us or to any third party.
c) Content you create and your preferences
Redesigned images, favorites, your "Style DNA", color preferences, and
feature-roadmap votes are stored on your device and, if you have iCloud
enabled, in your own private iCloud account (via Apple CloudKit and iCloud
Key-Value Storage). This content lives in your iCloud, under your Apple
Account — we cannot access it.
d) Subscription and purchase data
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We use Apple
StoreKit and RevenueCat, Inc. to manage subscriptions and verify entitlement.
These services process purchase-related information such as an anonymous app
user identifier, transaction IDs, receipt data, subscription status, and
country/region. We never receive your credit card number or Apple Account
password — payment is handled entirely by Apple.
e) Diagnostics
Roomora does not embed third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Apple may provide us with standard, aggregated crash and usage diagnostics
only if you have opted in to share them with developers in your iOS
Privacy settings. This data is not linked to your identity.
We do NOT collect: your name, email address, phone number, precise location,
contacts, browsing history, or any advertising identifiers.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the information above only to:
- generate, refine, and stage room designs you request;
- save and sync your creations and preferences to your own device/iCloud;
- provide, verify, and restore your subscription;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the app's core functionality;
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not
use your photos or designs to train our own models.

3. AI PROCESSING (GOOGLE GEMINI API)
To reimagine your room, the photo you select is transmitted to Google's Gemini
API, which returns a redesigned image. Google acts as our data processor for
this feature. Under Google's paid Gemini API terms, Google does not use your
prompts or images to train or improve its models; inputs and outputs may be
retained by Google for a limited period only for safety, abuse detection, and
legal compliance. Your use of this feature is also subject to Google's Privacy
Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Roomora shows you a clear AI-consent screen before any photo is sent, and no
photo is ever sent to the AI service until you agree.
Generated images are AI-created and may not perfectly reflect real dimensions,
products, or feasibility.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The only third parties that may process data on our behalf are:
- Apple Inc. — App Store, StoreKit, iCloud/CloudKit storage, and (if enabled)

- RevenueCat, Inc. — subscription management and receipt validation. See

Each processes data only as needed to provide its service and under its own
privacy terms.

5. DATA RETENTION
- Photos sent for redesign are processed to generate your result and are not
stored by us on our own servers (we operate no servers that retain your
images). Any temporary retention by Google is governed by Google's terms
described in Section 3.
- Your creations and preferences remain in your device and/or iCloud until
you delete them or delete the app.
- Subscription records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat as required to
operate and account for subscriptions.

6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Because your content is stored on your device and in your own iCloud, you are in
control:
- Delete any creation inside the app at any time.
- Delete all local data by removing the app from your device.
- Manage or delete iCloud data via your Apple Account settings.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store (Settings > your name >
Subscriptions).
- Control photo access in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/EEA/UK GDPR or the
California CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights to access, correct,
delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint
with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, contact us at the email
below and we will respond as required by applicable law.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Roomora is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in
your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If
you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will address
it.

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
The AI and subscription providers we use (Google, Apple, RevenueCat) may process
data in the United States and other countries. Where required, these transfers
are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. SECURITY
We rely on Apple's and Google's platform security, on-device processing where
possible, and encrypted transmission (HTTPS) for AI requests. No method of
transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be
reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate,
within the app.
