Local Storage (Always Active)

• Transactions, payments, notes, and settings are primarily stored in an encrypted on-device database

• Full offline functionality - the app works completely without internet access

• User control - you manage all local data through in-app tools

Optional Cloud Sync

When you choose to sign in for cloud synchronization:

• Google Sign-In: We use Google's secure authentication service

• Firebase Firestore: Your transaction data is encrypted and stored on Google's secure servers

• User isolation: Each user's data is completely separate and accessible only to them

• Your choice: Cloud sync is entirely optional - you can use the app without it

2. Authentication and Accounts

No Account Required

• The app works fully without any sign-in or account creation

• All features are available in offline mode

If you choose to use cloud sync:

• Google authentication for secure access

• No password storage - authentication handled by Google

• Sign out anytime - local data remains on your device

When Using Cloud Sync (Minimal Collection)
