Morning Journal:
Did you watch the Space X launch? What was your favorite part? Why? If you didn't get a chance to see it, what do you hope the astronauts get to see while they're in space?
Draw a picture inside a journal or on a separate piece of paper to match your writing and don't forget to write your name and date at the top of the page. You can also use these pages for journal writing as well. Click Here (writing with picture box) and Here (writing with no picture box if you need extra writing space). You need to write a minimum of 3-5 sentences.

Write the spelling words with res vowels and blue consonants.
After you click the link, scroll down to find your class, find your name, enter your login information, then scroll down to Wonders Grade 1 and click LAUNCH. You may explore the other tabs, but you must do the TO DO assignments for the specified day. Each assignment name states which day it is for.

Tape the hour and minute hand to a paperclip.
Insert a pipe cleaner or something similar into the center of the clock, and puncture through the clock and a paper plate for stability.
Thread the pipe cleaner through the ends of the paperclips to attach hour and minute hands to the clock.
