The 'Source to Target' document served as a key reference for mapping and transforming data from source systems to the target data warehouse.
How It Was Used in the Project:

1. ETL Design: The Excel file was used to design Extract, Transform, & Load (ETL) processes by providing clear guidance for mapping source fields to target fields.

2. Collaboration: Acted as a single source of truth for our team (my colleague Tamar) to ensure alignment on data transformations.

3. Testing and Validation: Served as a benchmark to verify ETL outputs and ensure data quality.

Schema Implementation: The ERD was used to define and create the physical schema in the database, ensuring consistency with the logical design.

Outcome:
By leveraging the 'Source to Target' file for detailed data mapping and the ERD for a visual schema overview, the project delivered a well-structured, scalable, and efficient data warehouse that met business needs.
