January 4th: Arrival in Rome – Students are expected to be on campus by 12:00 pm 

3:30 PM: tour of the campus and walk around neighbourhood  

6:30 PM: Orientation Meeting 

7:30 PM: group dinner 

January 5th: Walking tour in groups 

8:00 PM: pizza night at Il Grottino

January 6th: First day of Classes 

January 16th: Farewell dinner 

January 17th: Students Depart Rome - Students must move out of their room by 12:00pm
