The conference will be held on site at the Lipsius building of the University of Leiden.

Adress: Cleveringaplaats 1, 2311 BD, Leiden

• Train station: Leiden Centraal

  • Bus: Take bus 1 (direction Leiderdorp) or 3 (direction De Vink) and get off at the bus stop Paterstraat.

  • Walk: Get out from the station on the city side (look for the Starbucks) and follow this itinerary.

• You will be welcomed by staff in the Lipsius building

Safety measures

To ensure everyone's safety, coming with a negative test result is mandatory for everyone (this includes fully vaccinated persons) Due to COVID-19, we will be enforcing some rules to ensure everyone's safety:

• We ask of participants to show us a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 24 hours preceding your registration at the reception. You can get a free test through this link, send us a photo of your self test (taken the morning of the event) or take a self test at the reception of the conference (there will only be a limited amount of these tests). No negative test result means no entrance

• We will be enforcing the 1.5m distance rule for the duration of the conference.

• We will kindly ask you to disinfect your hands at the entrance and wear a face mask while walking around the building. You can take of your mask when you are seated.

We will be using Zoom in case the conference needs to move online. The links to the lectures, seminars and panels and will then be sent to all participants in time.
