Spinning Wheels Skating's amazing uncoated maple floor
⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫ Floor - Solid, clean uncoated maple goodness! It is slick for the uninitiated. Standard urethane wheels will provide plenty grip.
⚫⚫⚪⚪⚪ Music - This rink takes song requests and the population skews to the younger side; music sets are inconsistent and many selections that play are not particularly good for style skating. Lots of pop.
⚫⚪⚪⚪⚪ Skill level/ceiling - Children are there to be with friends and flop around more than they are there to work on their skating style. Things are changing though. The middle area is not used that much; I would personally love to see more people sharpening their skills there.
⚫⚫⚫⚫⚪ Stuff storage - There are cubbies (open), shelves (open), and lockers (lockable) available to store your belongings.
⚫⚫⚫⚪⚪ Skate rentals - Quad rentals are available. Some are old but definitely skatable.

⚫⚫⚪⚪⚪ Skating space - I'd say it's a medium-sized rink, there isn't enough space for me to build tons of speed for very long slides; skating the inner ring will feel like you are turning every 20 seconds at a brisk pace. What ticks it down a little more is that most of the skaters (who are literally children) do not follow standard rink etiquette. There is no predictable fast or slow areas, making it feel even smaller.
⚫⚫⚫⚫⚪ Snacks - You wonder where they keep it all! popcorn, pickles, hot dogs, mini piazzas, candy, sodas for days, and "energy drinks" for those who don't want to sleep. (Why sell energy drinks!?!?). There is hot chocolate for the cold days and [plain-old] water for the reasonable people.
⚫⚫⚫⚪⚪ Other games - There is an air hockey table, foosball table, and an old arcade-cabinet (I don't know what it is).
⚫⚫⚫⚫⚪ Cleanliness - The owners keep the place pretty clean on the regular. The kids are not the cleanest bunch though. sloshes of sugary drinks and popcorn will oftentimes be spilled on the floor. The owners/managers do a good job staying on top of things.
⚫⚫⚫⚪⚪ Bathrooms - Passable; could be bigger/more accessible

Q: Just how friendly are they?
A: Very friendly!
⚫⚫⚫⚪⚪ Beginner-friendly - New skaters are definitely welcomed here but if you want to learn, you should look come prepared to teach yourself. I may be around to teach but unless I'm paid, I won't spend a ton of time making sure you get every single bit. XD
⚫⚫⚫⚫⚪ Inline-friendly - 100%, if you have inline skates, you are more than welcome to skate here. If you roll 'em outdoors, make sure sand/soil is brushed off. There aren't rental inlines though.
⚫⚫⚫⚫⚫ Slider-friendly - As long as your sliding style doesn't have the metal of your plate exposed to the floor, sliding is allowed. There is a bit of a problem with literal children throwing themselves into the floor (sliding with their bodies) which is not allowed.
⚫⚪⚪⚪⚪ Outside food-friendly - If it's not a party, you are not allowed to bring your own drinks or snacks.
⚫⚫⚫⚫⚪ Non-skater/Observer-friendly - If you're not skating, you don't have to pay admission. There aren't a ton of seats just for sitting though so be mindful of that.
