… for drying your hands you only need ONE sheet of paper towel. Use a simple tip: shake your wet hands - fold the paper - dry your hands!

… when using less paper you help to decrease the cut-down of forests, decrease energy consumption of industrial facilities and help to decrease damaging our environment in general.

...when recycling 1 ton of paper we save 17 trees, approximately 26 500 L of water and 4100 kW/hours of electricity which could provide for a family for 6 months!

… it is more environmentally friendly to use a fabric towel instead of paper towels.

Paper Recycling at Rohuaia Kindergarten

• Rohuaia Kindergarten uses recycled paper for printing! They limit their paper usage and try to print things out as little as possible.
• When printing Rohuaia staff tries to print on both sides of the paper, to save paper!
• To decrease paper usage Rohuaia staff has given up paper bills and commercials and leaflets.
• To make notes, Rohuaia staff usage electronical devices and whiteboards with markers.
• In Rohuaia Kindergarten reusable and washable plates are always preferred before plastic eating supplies.
