Membership Practicalities

To become a member of Rogaland Toastmasters, please complete the following steps:

1. Submit Your Application

• Fill out and sign the application form, available by clicking the "Download Application" button at the top of the page.

• Make sure all personal details are completed and the form is signed.

💡 Tip: After downloading the form, you can open it in your browser and fill in the fields directly before signing. You may either sign it digitally or print it out and sign it by hand.

2. Pay the Membership Fee

Fees Overview:

• One-time registration fee: $25 

• Toastmasters International membership (prorated depending on when you join):

  • $120 for 12 months

  • $60 for 6 months
    
    

This is payed directly to toastmasters, when we have registered you.

• Club fee (covers local clubs expenses):

  • 600 NOK for 12 months

  • 300 NOK for 6 months

Payment Instructions:

Transfer the Club fee amount to our Norwegian bank account:

Finalizing Your Membership

To complete your registration, please send the following to rogalandtc@gmail.com:

• The completed and signed application form, ideally digital written and signed, but scan or photo works to.

• A screenshot, photo or receipt of your payment transaction to account number 1520.15.08395
  (This helps us verify your payment faster and activate your membership more quickly.)

How to Register as a New User in EasySpeak ( Reccomended) 

1. Go to the Rogaland club EasySpeak page:
   https://rogaland.tmclub.eu/
   
   

2. Click “Log in” (top right corner).
   
   

3. Click “Register as a new user”
   
   

   • This link is just below the login area.

4. Read and accept the Terms of Service:
   
   

   • You’ll see the Terms of Service.

   • Click “I Agree to these terms” to continue.

5. Fill in your details:
   
   

   • Enter your name, email address, and choose your username and password.

6. Click the “Save” button (top right)
   
   

   • This will submit your registration and you are logged in. 

7. You are now registered as a “Visitor”:
   
   

   • You can log in, browse, and learn how the system works.

   • To become a full member, you need to fill out and pay for your membership, and wait for an admin to give you member permissions.
