1. Go to the Rogaland club EasySpeak page:
   https://rogaland.tmclub.eu/
   
   

2. Log in:
   Click “Log in” at the top right of the menu.
   
   

3. Navigate to Meetings:
   After logging in, click “Meetings” in the top menu.
   
   

4. Find the Upcoming Meeting:
   Under “Last meeting”, you’ll see the date for the next meeting (e.g., “Meeting on XX. Month”).
   Click on that date.
   
   

5. Set Your Attendance:
   
   

   • You’ll see the agenda view.

   • On the left side, select if you will attend: Yes, No, or Maybe.

6. Volunteer for Roles:
   
   

   • On the right side, you’ll see available roles.

   • Click the green thumbs up to volunteer for a role.

   • If you can no longer do a role (or it’s been assigned to you but you don’t want it), click the thumbs down.

7. Request a Speech Slot:
   
   

   • To give a speech, click “Request Speech” at the top right.

   • Fill in your speech details (title, project, etc.).

   • The Toastmaster or Agenda Admin will assign speech slots, usually giving priority to those who haven’t spoken recently.

Tips:

• Using the “Meetings” menu gives you the best overview and makes it easy to sign up for roles.

• If you have questions, ask the club officers for help!

2. Go to the EasySpeak page:

3. Click “Log in” (top right).
   
   

4. Below the “Log in” button, click “I forgot my password”
   
   

   • You’ll be asked for your username and email address.

   • If you enter them correctly, you’ll get an email with a new password.

5. If you don’t know your username:
   
   

   • There’s a link at the bottom: “Forgot your username?”

   • Click it to search for your name and find your username.

6. If you have any problems:
   
   

   • Contact the VP Membership for help.

Important for Mobile Users

• The “Reset password” option is not available on the mobile version of the site.

• You need to switch your browser to the PC/Desktop version of the page.

• After switching, you may need to refresh the page to see the correct options.

How to Switch to PC/Desktop Version

On Android (Chrome):

1. Tap the three dots (menu) in the top right corner.

2. Select “Desktop site” (or “Vis skrivebordsnettsted” in Norwegian).

3. Refresh the page if needed.

On iPhone/iPad (Safari):

1. Tap the “aA” icon in the address bar.

2. Select “Request Desktop Website”.

3. Refresh the page if needed.
