The Public Works Department - Engineering Division is tasked with overseeing planning, design and construction of the transportation, drainage, water and wastewater Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) within the City of Rockwall. Continual improvement of the infrastructure is important in moving the City of Rockwall forward.
