Payment Options
At Rockabella, we offer two flexible payment options for eveningwear orders:
Installment Plan – 2 Payments
This option allows you to split your payment into two parts:
•First Payment (at time of ordering):
•50% of the dress price
•Plus 50% of the sales tax
•Final Payment (due at pickup):
•Remaining 50% of the dress price
•Remaining tax
•Shipping fee ($5 for in-store delivery)
Please note: This option is only available for dresses being shipped to the store, not for home delivery.
Full Payment at Time of Order
You may choose to pay your full balance when placing your order in-store.
This includes:
•Full dress cost
•Sales tax
•Shipping fee ($5 to store / $15 to home)
With this option, no additional balance is due when you return to pick up your dress or choose to have it shipped to your home.
Both options are available to all eveningwear customers, and your payment method is entirely up to you, as long as all order requirements are met at the time of purchase.

Special Orders Policy
• A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time the order is placed.
• Once submitted, special orders are final and cannot be canceled, changed, or exchanged.
• Any payments made beyond the 50% deposit will be issued as store credit only if applicable.
Customers are responsible for confirming that all order details (style, size, color, length, etc.) are correct before placing the order.
Any alterations or sizing adjustments are the responsibility and expense of the customer.
The remaining balance is due at pickup.
You will be notified when your item arrives and it must be picked up within 14 days of notification.
All sales are final.
Items must be inspected at pickup. Rockabella is not responsible for damages after the item leaves the store.
The purchaser must be 18 years or older, or a parent/legal guardian assuming financial responsibility for the order.
By placing a special order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
Casualwear Policies
For casualwear (non-evening) purchases:
•We accept exchanges or store credit within 14 days.
•No full refunds.
•Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached.
Appointment Guidelines
Before You Arrive:
•We recommend wearing nude-colored undergarments for trying on formal dresses to avoid lines or distractions.
•Shoes are welcome if you'd like to try them with a gown.
•Fitting rooms close 15 minutes before store closing.
•You must call or book through our link to schedule an appointment.
During Prom Season (Dec-May):
•Saturdays are appointment-only.
•We will only sell one dress per school, per prom to help you avoid duplicate looks!
Appointment Rules:
•Appointments are for one person per session, unless otherwise approved by staff.
•Guests are welcome, but please be mindful of space and others in-store.
•Handle all eveningwear with care, many of our gowns are delicate.
Appointment Timing
•Each appointment is reserved for one hour to ensure every guest has a personalized and relaxed experience.
•If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your slot may be canceled or given to another customer.
•If you need a little extra time and would like to try on more items, you're welcome to continue once a fitting room becomes available, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
•We understand that things come up! However, no-show appointments may impact future booking availability at Rockabella.
•If you can’t make it, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance so we can offer the time slot to another shopper, we appreciate the courtesy!
Orders & Shipping
•Orders can be placed over the phone or in store.
•Rockabella can special order Jovani styles only, even if not currently in store.
•Orders must be picked up within two weeks of arrival.
•Made-to-order dresses have a $5 in-store delivery fee or $15 shipping fee to your home (as per Jovani policy).
•Rockabella is not responsible for any size changes after a customer has been measured or selects a size to order.
•We do not offer in-store dress alterations, but we are happy to refer you to local tailors.
Jewelry & Accessories
•All jewelry and accessory sales are final.
•Customers are allowed to try on jewelry and accessories in-store.
Communication & Response Time
•We aim to respond to all messages and appointment inquiries as quickly as possible.
•Please allow 24–36 hours for a response during busy seasons.
