Steps To Request Appointments:

1.  Open our google form.

2. Fill out the required fields (use the name of the person trying on).

3. Make your preferred style selections.

4. Submit your request.

5. Check your email inbox for our reply with the scheduling link.

6. Schedule your appointment slot (one person per time slot).

What to expect during your appointment:

1. Find Parking

Parking in Saratoga can be tricky! If street parking isn’t available, we recommend nearby lots such as:

Please check posted time limits to avoid tickets or towing.

2. Check In at the Register

When you arrive, check in with an employee by the front counter.

We’ll confirm your name and school (if applicable) to get you started.

3. Get Measured

Your associate will take a few quick measurements to determine your best size range for trying on gowns.

4. Choose Your Dresses

Once you’re measured, browse the racks and pick your favorite styles to try on! Our team is happy to make suggestions based on your vibe or event.

5. Try Them On

You’ll try on up to 4 dresses at a time in the fitting room and yes, you're welcome to bring shoes to test the full look!

6. Ask All Your Questions

This is your time to ask us anything:

•Sizing and fit

•Color options

•Pricing

•Accessory pairings

•Alteration recommendations (Note: We don’t alter in-store but we can refer you!)

7.  Make Your Selection

Fallen in love with the one? We'll walk you through ordering, pricing, and all the next steps.

8.  Place Your Order

You can order in-store or over the phone, whichever works best for you!

9. We’ll Call You

Once your dress arrives, we’ll contact you right away to arrange a pickup time that works for you.

10. Pick Up or Ship

You’ll have two weeks to pick up your dress.

Prefer it delivered? We can ship it directly to your home for a $15 fee.

11. Rock Your Dress

Whether it’s prom, a gala, or the red carpet of life, show up and show out in your Rockabella dress!
