Providing behavior analytic services in order to help parents create environments of success for their children diagnosed with developmental disabilities. Applications include imitation skills, academic skills, perspective-taking, and emotional regulation. Additionally, I conduct skills assessments, functional behavior assessments, and IEP consultation to help create the best plan for the child to develop meaningfully in all aspects of their lives.
Although the company itself no longer exits, I still do pro bono work for several families around the Chicagoland area and abroad.

Consulted with and provided trainings for various departments across the Advocate System.

Co-treat with SLPs, PTs, OTs, Social workers, and Psychologists.

Maintained in-home therapy caseload.
Oversaw development of staff on each team responsible for.
Provided training for new therapists coming into the company.
February 2012 - October 2015
Provided direct services to clients in-home.
Oversaw team members and programs responsible for as an associate consultant.
