The Tinkercad Codeblocks workspace is a fun and interactive introduction to the basics of coding! Drag and stack Codeblocks together and then press Play to watch as Tinkercad builds a custom 3D design from your code.
Tinkercad Codeblocks utilizes the same familiar Shapes found in Tinkercad’s 3D workspace and allows users to modify those Shapes with block-based code that’s easy to read and remix for users of all skill levels. Codeblocks is a simple way to create repeatable patterns and complex designs using variables and parameters.
Tinkercad Codeblocks offers a visual way to explore how small changes in code can have a dramatic effect. Using block code to interact with a 3D design gives users extra control and precision over any changes they make. You’ll be able to iterate your Codeblocks design to perfection while learning how to make code work for you!
