To join, you must be a player on Roblox and play Emergency Response: Liberty County. Here are the requirements:

- Be in the following Discord Servers: PMBRP (ER:LC) and USMC (PMBRP)
- Be 13+ years old
- Follow Roblox and Discords Terms of Service
- Apply in #apply in the USMC server
- After you are accpeted, apply in "Red Death" in #divison-application
- Not be Blacklisted in USMC server or PMBRP
