The Online Professional English Network (OPEN) provides free, virtual professional development for English educators and learners worldwide, promoting cultural exchange and reusable teaching resources. The program is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and implemented by FHI 360 with U.S. TESOL experts.
English Language Programs (ELP) provides professional development, teacher training, and learning resources for English educators worldwide. Programs are implemented through U.S. Embassies and Consulates by Regional English Language Officers (RELOs), offering academic expertise, advisory support, and global educational opportunities.
American English is a resource center for teaching and learning about U.S. English and culture, offering engaging materials for teacher professional development and classroom use. The program is supported by the U.S. Department of State’s Office of English Language Programs and implemented worldwide through Regional English Language Officers (RELOs).
EducationUSA is a U.S. Department of State network of over 430 advising centers in 175+ countries. The network helps students worldwide explore opportunities to study at accredited U.S. institutions and guides them through admissions, financing, and visa processes. EducationUSA also supports U.S. colleges and universities in international recruitment and campus global engagement.
